M1144 is a low metallic
conventional resin-bonded material in which steel and
acrylic fibers have been used to replace asbestos. M1144 is regarded
as the standard across a wide range of events, while remaining
suitable for heavy duty road use. It maintains a constant friction,
eliminating the dead feel on first application. As with all high
performance brake pads, there is the possibility of some harshness
in normal road use. |
